Wilson’s HVAC & More is a Family and Christian owned Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Painting Contractor. Our goal is to serve the needs of our customers as paid servants; however, our values are not connected solely to pay. We genuinely and sincerely want to take care of your family’s needs and comfort as we would take care of our own family. We don't have a famous name or a lot of money to promote the services we provide. What we do have is our word to promote our services. And that is how we plan to grow our business and continue to do so, one customer at a time. We want to meet or exceed your expectations every time we take care of a need in your home or business. We will follow-up on all service calls and installations with a phone call to ensure your satisfaction and address any of your concerns with the intent to solve problems immediately!

 

My wife and I know that the business itself is a blessing from God and we know that when we do business with any of our customers it is a blessing to serve you and a blessing to our family from God! We put our hope and trust in the most high God for all of our physical and spiritual needs. Our Customer Expectations

 

We have no problem keeping our rates affordable on our services for our customers and in return we require our customers to follow a few of our expectations while we are in your home or business. We are a Christ centered company and with that our values are biblical, so we work hard to do all things in a way that God can be glorified and we will not set any wicked thing before our eyes or ears as this is what God expects from His true children.

 

***We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone if the following expectations aren't met:

  • We require our $79.00 ($32 trip charge + $47 hourly labor charge = $79) Service Call Fee to be paid ahead or on arrival before work will begin.

  • We require all customers to be fully and modestly dressed (not showing off body form) at all times we are present. 

  • If television or radio becomes a distraction to completing our work, we will inform customer and require that those devices be turned off while we are present.
  • We require any inappropriate or offensive television and music to be turned off at all times we are present.

 

Please keep in mind that in order to honor Jesus and my marriage vows, I Ray Wilson choose not to be left alone with a woman who is not my wife without another member of my team being present. I do have the right to refuse service and I thank you for your understanding.
